Motrec International

Heavy-duty electric industrial vehicles with all-steel construction: refuse haulers, burden carriers, tow tractors and personnel trams to 36 riders.

Overview

Motrec International builds heavy-duty electric industrial vehicles with all-steel construction, a long list of standard safety features, and a customizable lineup engineered for demanding environments. Government and municipal crews use its refuse haulers, vacuum trucks, burden carriers, tow tractors, and utility vehicles for grounds maintenance and facility work, with narrow designs and tight maneuverability suited to campuses and parks; the zero-emission refuse hauler holds two cubic yards to reduce return trips per shift. Personnel carriers and trams move up to 36 riders with fold-down seats, low-step entry, and wheelchair ramps for reduced-mobility passengers. The MT-800 tow tractor pairs a 40 horsepower AC direct-drive motor with a one-piece welded steel chassis to haul up to 50,000 pounds.
