Overview

MANCON provides services to government and commercial customers across 25 states and internationally, operating from 1961 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach. The company was founded in 1983 by Navy veteran Dick Clarke, and its customers include the U.S. Navy, the Department of Defense, state DOTs and Homeland Security. It runs three divisions: Federal Services, supplying skilled professionals, staffing and integrated support to federal agencies; Business and Industrial Supplies, delivering products through a dedicated sales team and online ordering platform, including the Super ServMart NAVSUP 3PL retail operation; and Supply Chain Management, covering inventory, warehousing and logistics with on-site parts and fleet support capabilities. Public agencies can buy through Sourcewell and other cooperative contract vehicles alongside its federal contracts.
