AEA Investors acquired Dana Safety Supply in October 2024. The company acquired Innovative Emergency Equipment in October 2025 and Elite Vehicle Solutions in 2026, the latter continuing under its own name as a Dana Safety Supply company from sites in Frenchtown and Wall Township, New Jersey and Aston, Pennsylvania. Alongside equipment and gear it supplies turn-key vehicles and handles upfitting and installation for law enforcement agencies.
