For police fleets it makes the LightGuard Jacking Rails for Ford Police Interceptor Utility vehicles, a precision-engineered trapezoidal rail that bolts directly to the Explorer’s unibody with no drilling or welding. The rails shield the expensive side perimeter lights from maintenance and pursuit damage, fit snugly to the pinch weld for strength, reinforce the unibody for fleet service, and give solid, repeatable jacking points anywhere along the rail without floor pan damage, which the company presents as cutting downtime and repair costs.
