Overview

Printek manufactures rugged mobile and dot matrix printers, has been in business for more than 35 years, and operates as a DASCOM company. Its FieldPro series covers 2 inch to 4 inch portable thermal printers for receipts, labels, work orders and tickets, aimed at mobile sales, field service and public safety. The Interceptor 820 series is a self-contained 8 inch mobile thermal printer for full-size page printing of receipts, tickets, invoices and schematics, and can be mounted or carried. The legacy line includes the VehiclePro VP400, a 4 inch in-vehicle thermal printer with published console mounting plate options, and the Interceptor 800. On the dot matrix side, the PrintMaster and FormsPro series handle multi-part forms with single and dual-track printers. Printek sells to government agencies alongside Fortune 500 and smaller business customers, working through software and hardware manufacturers, system integrators and value-added resellers.
