NASUF 2026 Fleet Workshop
The National Alliance of State and University Fleets (NASUF) will host its 2026 Fleet Workshop, an in-person gathering centered on the theme “Fleet in the Winner’s Circle,” bringing together state and university fleet professionals for four days of education, networking, and industry insights. Attendees will explore critical topics including telematics implementation, AI applications in fleet management, recall management automation, governance models, and operational software integration through keynotes, panel discussions and roundtables featuring state fleet managers, university transportation leaders, and industry experts. The workshop features a keynote address from retired IndyCar driver and team owner Sarah Fisher, alongside sessions led by practitioners from the State of Utah, University of Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington, and Minnesota sharing real-world case studies on collision reduction, speeding mitigation, and efficiency improvements. Registration is complimentary for NASUF members working in state or public university fleets; nonmembers from member organizations pay $525 (including one year of membership), while nonmembers from non-member organizations pay $600 (also including membership). The event includes networking receptions, a t-shirt swap, continental breakfasts, an opening night reception at the Indianapolis Speedway, awards presentations, and an OEM panel featuring Ford, GM, Stellantis and Toyota. All attendees receive access to recorded sessions for on-demand viewing after the workshop concludes.
