Fleet Success Ambassador

Looking Forward

Facundo Tassara is Fleet Success Ambassador at RTA: The Fleet Success Company, where he works with fleets to define success beyond traditional metrics, connect operational work to organizational goals, share practical ideas that improve fleet performance and position fleet teams as strategic assets. He has spent 26 years across automotive, public fleet management, fleet technology and customer success. His fleet teams earned seven consecutive 100 Best Fleets recognitions, an experience that convinced him fleet success depends on communication in every direction. Today he helps fleet professionals communicate their value more clearly, whether to senior leaders, to the fleet community or on LinkedIn, in terms those audiences can act on. Tassara serves on NAFA’s Government Affairs Committee and co-hosts The Fleet Success Show.
