Overview

RVA Graphics & Wraps designs, produces and installs vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, signage, banners and large format prints, with more than 20 years of experience. Fleet and commercial work is a named specialty, and the company exhibited at the Police Fleet Expo for the first time in 2026. Its vehicle work covers full and partial wraps, paint protection film in gloss, matte, gloss black and tinted finishes, and window tints. During application the team removes exterior components such as handles, placards and mirrors so the vinyl can be applied underneath before reinstalling them, which it credits for the longevity of its wraps. The company cites 3M research that 97 percent of survey respondents recalled an advertisement on a truck and 96 percent thought fleet graphics had more impact than billboards, along with Outdoor Advertising Association of America findings that wraps carry the lowest cost per impression of any advertising form.
