SmartReplace is an AI-powered vehicle replacement workflow tool, released July 22, 2026, that generates optimized replacement strategies from data fleets already hold. Users upload existing inventory, utilization, maintenance and work-order files, specify their business priorities, and the tool maps that data into its optimization model without requiring fleets to build or maintain new data sources.

Scenario modeling is built in, letting users compare alternative strategies when budgets, production schedules or operational priorities change without restarting the full planning process. Recommendations are designed to be auditable, so fleet managers can explain and defend them to finance and executive audiences.
The AI agents at the core of SmartReplace evaluate replacement needs against budgets, operational requirements and sector-specific criteria. Factors feeding the prioritization model include vehicle age, mileage, condition, lifecycle policies and maintenance history.
