U.S. Bank runs the Voyager Fleet Program, giving fleets structure and insight into fuel, maintenance and related spending. The Voyager Fleet Card operates on a proprietary closed-loop fuel and maintenance network accepted in every U.S. ZIP code plus Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, with full Level III data capture, while the dual-network Voyager Mastercard extends coverage to tolls, parking, repairs, emergency travel and cross-border payments in Canada and Mexico. Voyager+ adds private fueling sites and truck stops with negotiated discounts for mixed fleets, and the Voyager Fleet app puts reporting and cost control on a phone. For public agencies, the program is available through a competitively bid Sourcewell contract open to the consortium’s more than 50,000 member agencies, covering police forces, fire departments, schools and nonprofits. Its Voyager Maintenance Solution enrolls each vehicle by VIN so a shop scans the vehicle rather than swiping a card, approves or declines the repair against parameters the agency set in advance, and bills the agency’s Voyager account directly, with visibility down to every part number used.
