Walker Manufacturing builds commercial zero turn mowers at its factory in Fort Collins, Colorado, and traces its roots to Max Walker’s equipment designs in the 1950s and the Walker Executive Golf Car he began producing in Fowler, Kansas. The line is known for a front mount deck and an integrated Grass Handling System, with models across the S, C, T, D, R, B and H series and interchangeable collection, mulching and discharge decks. Walker markets to government agencies, educational institutions and facilities managers responsible for parks, campuses and public grounds, and sells to public sector buyers through Sourcewell contract 112624-WKR. Decks and attachments change out for year round work that includes leaf collection and snow removal. The machines are built for tool free access to key components and quick deck changes to limit downtime. The company reached its 200,000th mower in 2026 and marks 50 years of Bob and Dean Walker’s partnership.
