CGRS

Environmental consultants: professional experts in regulatory compliance, enhanced leak detection, construction and energy services.

Overview

CGRS is an environmental consulting, construction and compliance firm based in Fort Collins, Colorado, serving owners and operators of fuel systems. It began in 1987 as a leak-detection company for underground petroleum storage tanks, ahead of EPA regulations under 40 CFR 280 requiring regular UST leak testing, and became a Tracer Tight affiliate in 1992, a release-detection method it still uses. Its markets now span environmental services, refined fuels, liquid and CNG fuelling, oil and gas, and water and wastewater. Services include compliance inspection and testing, permitting, engineering and design, design-build construction, leak detection, water quality sampling and assessment, air emissions management, SPCC, and reclamation and material management. For fleets running their own fuel infrastructure that covers tank and line testing, repairs and upgrades, site demolition and UST removal, and environmental assessment and reporting. The company offers 24/7 emergency spill response and holds Colorado Green Business Network gold member certification.
