FleetPros Texas Chapter Equipment & Technology Show

FleetPros Texas Chapter, in partnership with Texas State Technical College Waco, hosts the Equipment & Technology Show (TETS)—a premier event for public-sector fleet professionals to explore the latest equipment innovations and technology solutions. The show features vendor exhibitions, hands-on equipment demonstrations, and educational sessions covering automation, AI integration, and fleet management best practices relevant to municipal and county operations.

TETS includes interactive Tech Challenges where attendees compete in hands-on competitions judged on compliance, safety, and best practices, with prizes awarded for first through fourth place finishes. Networking breaks, sponsored lunch, and raffles provide ample opportunity for fleet managers to connect with peers and vendors. The event runs 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on November 10, 2026.

Registration opens soon. Vendor move-in begins November 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For sponsorship inquiries, contact chapter leadership. The closing session includes announcements of future events, including FleetCon 2028 in Texas.
