New Warning Lights Available for Slick-Top Police Vehicles
The interior and exterior light options increase options for unmarked patrol units.

Three new warning lights from Code 3 can be used for slick-top police vehicles and command units.
The new units are the CD3974 interior window light, the CD5051VDL2 deck/dash/visor light, and the MegaFlex exterior LED strip.
The CD3974 mounts to virtually any vehicle window interior via very high bond tape and an adjustable bracket. For the CD3974, a suction-cup temporary mount is also available. Two dual-color light heads produce up to 67 flash patterns across four color combinations, and an included shroud blocks flash back.
The second unit, the CD5051VDL2, is 1.2 inches high and carries the same 67-pattern count with dual-color heads. Its temporary-mount kit runs off a cigarette plug adapter.
As for the third unit, the MegaFlex, it is designed for exterior curved surfaces, with a silicone lens that the company says is flexible enough to conform up to 120 degrees. Six dual-color light heads deliver 69 flash patterns, and steady burn and sync are supported through included wiring. Mounting options are very high bond tape for curved surfaces or a two-bolt bezel for flat ones, both included. Code 3 describes the lens as glint-free.
Code 3 did not disclose pricing for any of the three units.
