Agile Fleet

Fleet management software and maintenance systems that help your organization operate more efficiently, from Agile Fleet Management Solutions.

Overview

Agile Fleet has served government, university, utility, and commercial fleets for 25 years with FleetCommander, a fleet management information system that automates motor pools, vehicle keys, maintenance, fuel and telematics for more than 300,000 drivers. The platform is FedRAMP Authorized, built on AWS GovCloud and aligned to NIST 800-53, and is listed in the FedRAMP Marketplace. A core application is customized with optional modules covering fleet management, motor pool, key management, maintenance, fuel, and GPS and telematics, and the company says utilization reporting typically lets agencies cut fleet size while automation frees staff time and credential logs ease audits. Forsyth County, North Carolina used FleetCommander data to cut 50 vehicles that were eligible for replacement, avoiding roughly 800,000 dollars in replacement cost plus the maintenance and depreciation that would have followed. Agile Fleet reports a client retention rate above 95 percent.
