Caliber Collision

Collision, auto and glass repair.

Overview

Caliber operates more than 1,850 collision repair centers across 44 states and offers fleet customers one contract for collision repair, auto glass, mobile repair and ADAS calibration across that network. Its fleet program connects the whole repair process, from centralized intake and scheduling through routing, repair, calibration and return, with real-time stage visibility on a single digital platform.

More than 1,540 of its bays are equipped for OEM ADAS calibration, which Caliber says returns vehicles about 3.5 days faster than sending them to a dealer, and it reports 33 percent shorter cycle times from streamlined workflows and a 97 percent “kept informed” rate. Caliber runs its own fleet of more than 3,500 vehicles on the same platform it sells, and it offers fleet assessments to prospective customers.
