Kaizen Collision Centers

Expert auto body shop and collision repair in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada and California.

Overview

Kaizen Collision Center is an auto body and collision repair chain with locations across the southwest, including Arizona and California. Its technicians are I-CAR trained and restore vehicles to pre-loss condition using current collision repair and vehicle refinishing technology. Alongside body and paint work it handles auto glass, covering windows, mirrors and dashboards, and it has built electric vehicle repair capability, which it notes requires specific training, equipment and manufacturer relationships that not every facility has. A dedicated fleet service handles maintenance and repair work for business and municipal fleets. Select locations hold OEM authorisations, meaning those technicians have been approved by the vehicle brand to carry out maintenance and repair. Customer-facing touches include shuttle service, virtual estimates, daily and text updates, and dealing with the insurer on the customer’s behalf.
