Flagship Fleet Management

Flagship Fleet Management software gives you the tools to make smart decisions and sell your budget. Replacement, downtime, shop efficiency, scheduling.

Overview

Flagship Fleet Management makes fleet management and reporting software for fleets of any size, working from Phoenix, Arizona. Its modules cover billing, shop supervision, maintenance, warranty management and scheduling alongside parts management, usage tracking, fuel management, asset management, motor pool operations, replacement analysis and KPI dashboards, merged into one system rather than split across separate screens. The company argues the integration is the point: managers get timely and accurate information across departments for decisions, while technicians and staff work without fragmented data. All product enhancements are developed in house, informed by customer input and by fleet managers using the system, which the company presents as the reason it can act on feedback quickly. Support is staffed so that every customer call is answered by a knowledgeable person able to address the request immediately. Flagship states its aim is to become the web and mobile based fleet management solution of choice, and its published work includes a City of Santa Barbara case study on preventive maintenance notification and scheduling.
