Overview

FuelCloud is a cloud-based fuel management system the company describes as the ATM for your bulk fuel tank. Hardware on the tank pairs with a phone app and web portal to authorize fueling, track every gallon to a driver and vehicle, and watch inventory in real time, with automated custom reporting replacing paper logs. More than 10,000 businesses use it, and public customers include Clackamas Fire District #1, which reported a 30 percent reduction in fuel losses and administration. Pricing runs well below traditional cardlock systems, and US-based support handles setup through a distributor and installer network.
