Unified Fleet Services is your government and non-profit equipment leasing specialist.
Unified Fleet Services is an equipment leasing specialist for government and non-profit organisations, handling procurement, financing and liquidation of vehicles and equipment. It offers lease terms from one to fifteen years, finances in all 50 states, and can fund up to $10 million per unit. Its model rests on three stages: procurement using national buying power plus any end-user discounts, a lease purchase agreement structured with a lease period covering depreciation and a separate buyout period, and liquidation at the end of the term with all profit returned to the lessee. The company argues for cycling units every three to five years to cut depreciation losses, fuel costs and repair exposure, claiming an overall cost reduction of 15 percent or more for most organisations. Leases carry a stated payoff amount for each year, with no set penalties for excess mileage or dents and dings and no mandated maintenance bundle, and equipment, upfit and accessories come with full factory warranties. Its catalogue covers standard and administrative vehicles, marked and undercover police vehicles, SUVs, and light and heavy duty trucks, with a complimentary fleet analysis offered to build a plan around actual utilisation.
