Zonar Systems, Inc.

Fleet technology anchored by electronically verified inspections, with Z Pass student ridership tracking, AI dash cams, diagnostics and a certified ELD.

Overview

Zonar was founded in 2001 on the idea that electronically verified inspections could change how pre- and post-trip inspections are done, and its EVIR system remains the anchor of the platform. The company has spent 25 years in fleet technology and reports more than 400,000 active units, with a particular depth in student transportation: its Z Pass system tracks when and where each student boards and exits the bus in real time. The platform adds AI dash cams with in-cab coaching, real-time vehicle health diagnostics, GPS tracking, and an FMCSA self-certified ELD also certified for Canadian carriers. Zonar serves K-12, public sector, transit, construction, field service, and trucking fleets.
