CompassCom

Overview

CompassCom provides GPS fleet and asset tracking that unifies radios, vehicles, and field personnel on one Esri-based map across land mobile radio, broadband LTE, and satellite networks. Its product family covers secure on-premise deployment (CompassTrac Enterprise), hosted cloud service for DOTs and public works (CompassWorks), portable off-network tracking for disconnected environments (CompassRespond), and a public-facing AVL view that lets agencies share selected vehicle activity with residents. The platform tracks GPS-enabled Motorola and BK Technologies radios alongside vehicles, and integrates with TAK Server, computer-aided dispatch, ArcGIS, and Trimble. Deployments run behind an agency firewall or as CJIS-compliant, Azure-hosted SaaS.
