Midwest Fire

Custom fire apparatus from Luverne, Minnesota since 1987, built with All-Poly tank and body construction under a lifetime warranty, on Sourcewell.

Overview

Midwest Fire has designed and manufactured custom fire apparatus in Luverne, Minnesota since 1987, working alongside firefighters on tankers, tanker-pumpers, pumpers, brush trucks, quick-attacks, mini pumpers, and Type 3 trucks. Its signature All-Poly construction puts both tank and body in polypropylene, backed by a lifetime warranty, with tankers carrying up to 4,000 gallons at a low center of gravity and optimized weight distribution. Pump and plumbing configurations reach 1,500 GPM, and apparatus meet NFPA requirements with extruded aluminum rub rails and Whelen LED warning packages. Departments can purchase through the company’s Sourcewell contract and spec a truck online with Create-A-Spec.
