August 18-20, 2026 · Virtual

NAFA’s Optimizing Fleet Operations Workshop equips public-sector and private fleet managers with data-driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve driver productivity across their organizations. Delivered virtually over three days in August 2026, this 9-hour program covers identification of critical performance metrics, data analysis to uncover inefficiencies, and development of customized implementation roadmaps. Participants will learn from seasoned professionals including Tim Coxwell, CAFM, Fleet Management Division Director at Leon County Sheriff’s Office, and Nathan Schafer, CAFM, CPFP, a fleet success manager with nearly 25 years in public and private fleet environments. The course employs practical case studies, interactive exercises, and actionable frameworks to help attendees benchmark performance and drive continuous efficiency gains. CPE credit toward CAFM recertification is available, and NAFA members receive discounted registration rates of $249–$299 depending on early-bird status.
