Falcon Asphalt Repair Equipment

Asphalt hotboxes and repair machines for pavement crews.

Overview

Falcon Asphalt Repair Equipment manufactures asphalt hot boxes, asphalt recyclers and patch trucks in northern Michigan and has sold them for more than 20 years to municipalities, DOTs and contractors across North America. Units come truck-mounted in several configurations, trailer-mounted, or as complete patch trucks.

Used as a hot box, a Falcon keeps asphalt hot all day and holds it overnight and up to 48 hours; used as a recycler it reclaims leftover asphalt, chunks and millings into usable hot mix. The company says a machine burns under three gallons of diesel in an eight-hour shift, its burner can run while in tow, and its patented heat management system evens out hopper temperature to avoid scorching and cold spots. Machines carry a two-year warranty and a lifetime frame warranty.
