Overview

NASPO ValuePoint is the cooperative purchasing arm of the National Association of State Procurement Officials, managing more than 21 billion dollars in annual spend across all 50 states, DC, and US territories. Its Lead State Model has one state’s procurement office competitively solicit each portfolio, producing master agreements the other states can adopt through participating addenda. Sixty-one portfolios cover fleet, public safety, IT, and facilities, with more than 450 suppliers; 2026 awards included automotive parts and transit vehicles. For public fleets, ValuePoint contracts carry the rigor of a state-run solicitation with nationwide reach.
