NASPO ValuePoint Awards Automotive Parts Contracts for State and Local Government Fleets
New cooperative contract portfolio gives public fleets nationwide access to competitively bid parts suppliers.

California, as lead state for NASPO ValuePoint, has awarded Automotive Parts Portfolio master agreements to four suppliers, with contracts effective October 20, 2026.
The competitively solicited portfolio covers a wide range of automotive supplies and equipment for public agency use.
The awarded suppliers under this portfolio are:
- Elliott Auto Supply Co, Inc. dba Factory Motor Parts
- Genuine Parts Company dba NAPA Auto Parts
- Jasper Holdings, Inc.
- Parts Authority, LLC

Bearings (Ball and Roller)
Belts and Hoses
Brakes
Electrical and Ignition
Emissions, Sensors, and Exhaust

Heating and Cooling (Engine)
Lamps, Lighting, and Mirrors
Oils, Chemicals, Fluids, and Lubricants
Pumps (Fuel and Water)
Suspension (Shocks and Struts) and Steering

Winter Accessories
- General Automotive Parts (Aftermarket Automotive Parts not included in Categories 1-18)
- Automotive Repair Shop Supplies, Equipment, and Tools (e.g., windshield repair kits, wrenches, etc)
- The Automotive Parts (2026-2027) portfolio Master Agreements are effective October 20, 2026.
Eligible users include state governments, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, institutions of higher education, and political subdivisions. Access is subject to approval by each state’s chief procurement official and must comply with applicable local statutes and regulations.
The contracts follow the NASPO ValuePoint Lead State Model, under which California ran the solicitation on behalf of all 50 states and eligible sub-state entities. Participating jurisdictions that want to use the agreements must execute a participating addendum before placing orders.
