Passio Technologies builds passenger intelligence and vehicle tracking systems for transit operations at colleges and universities, municipalities, paratransit and non-emergency medical transportation providers, healthcare systems, corporate campuses, airports and residential and hospitality properties. Passio GO gives riders real-time vehicle locations and arrival estimates on phones, computers and public displays, while Passio AVA and its LED signs trigger automated stop announcements and public service messages from GPS position to support ADA compliance. Passio Navigator is its CAD and AVL system, assigning drivers and routes, tracking vehicles, carrying two-way messaging and logging in-route incidents, with configurable web-based reporting. Passio Transit handles automatic passenger counting to validate costs and budgets, and Passio Gateway limits boarding to authorised riders using tap, swipe or scan credentials, supporting demographic reporting, cost allocation and contact tracing. BusBuzz is a text and mobile web tool for rider feedback that sorts comments through menu trees and auto-assigns the vehicle number and location. Passio OpsView adds a live vehicle view, on-time performance, bus history and speed fence activity, with instant alerts for speeding, off-route travel, boundary violations and idling.
