TripSpark

Fixed route software, demand response and paratransit scheduling software, and NEMT scheduling solutions for transit agencies.

Overview

TripSpark Technologies builds software and in-vehicle hardware for public and private transit operators, specialising for 30 years in the needs of mid-sized urban, suburban and rural agencies. It reports more than 450 agencies served and 511,000 people moved every day, and is part of Modaxo, a global collective of people transportation technology companies. Its fixed route suite, Streets, combines routing and scheduling, CAD/AVL and custom reporting with Ranger and myDrive mobile data terminals and the MyRide passenger information system. For paratransit and demand response it offers NovusDR scheduling and dispatching, TransitMiner business intelligence, the Ranger MDT with DriverMate onboard, and rider-facing tools including the Rides on Demand app, a passenger portal and automated notifications. The same demand response engine underpins its microtransit and first and last mile app, with separate suites for rideshare covering carpooling and vanpooling, community non-emergency medical transportation, and campus fixed route service for colleges and universities. Additional modules handle service interruption management, MyRide infotainment signage and rideshare reporting.
