Overview
Stellantis is a global automaker led by chief executive and executive director Antonio Filosa, who is also responsible for North America and the American brands. Filosa joined the Fiat Group in 1999, has led the company in both North and South America, ran Global Quality and served as CEO of the Jeep brand. John Elkann has been chairman since January 2021, having chaired Fiat from 2010 and contributed to its transformation into Fiat Chrysler and then to the creation of Stellantis. Stellantis Pro One is the company’s commercial vehicles business unit, sitting with Enlarged Europe and European Brands under Emanuele Cappellano, and it is the route through which the group reaches commercial and government fleet buyers. The board combines executive and non-executive directors, a majority of them independent, and the company publishes its articles of association, code of conduct, board and committee charters, remuneration policy and stakeholder engagement policy. Stellantis publishes annual and semi-annual financial reports alongside an expanded sustainability statement.
