Ford Pro

Manage your fleet with Ford Pro and maximize productivity with vehicle health data, EV charging solutions, vehicle tracking & driver behavior insights.

Overview

Ford Pro is Ford’s commercial arm, bringing vehicles, software, service and financing together for business and fleet customers. Its vehicle line centres on the Super Duty and Transit, and the company states it holds nearly 43 percent of the U.S. class 1 to 7 commercial truck and van market and has been first in commercial vehicles for 41 consecutive years. Fleets that register for a Fleet Identification Number become eligible for fleet-specific incentives and a five year, 100,000 mile commercial powertrain warranty on select vehicles. Ford Pro Intelligence supplies telematics and vehicle health data, and Ford Pro AI answers plain-language questions about fleet data covering vehicle health, driving behaviour and utilization. Service options include mobile service that comes to the customer’s site and a network of Elite Commercial Service Centers, alongside financing and a la carte services such as maintenance management, title and registration, and driver risk management. Vehicles are built to work with upfits, and the Vehicle Integration System 2.0 lets Super Duty connect to upfit equipment without splicing into the electrical system.
