New for 2027, Ram 2500 Power Wagon is available for the first time with the legendary 6.7-liter Cummins High-Output (HO) turbo-diesel inline-six engine. Power Wagon with the 6.4-liter HEMI® V8 reintroduces an optional beadlock-capable wheel.

New for 2027 Ram 2500 Power Wagon is available for the first time with the legendary 6.7‑liter Cummins High-Output (HO) turbo-diesel inline-six engine. Power Wagon with the 6.4‑liter HEMI® V8 reintroduces an optional beadlock-capable wheel Ram 2500 Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) joins the lineup as Ram’s first pursuit-capable ¾‑ton truck, available for fleet customers Ram 3500 4×4 SRW Regular Cab 8-foot box and Crew Cab 6-foot, 4-inch box trucks with the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 now offer a maximum GVWR of 11,440 lbs., increasing GVWR and payload capability by 400 lbs. over 2026 A new Payload Upgrade Package, available on most Ram 2500 trucks with the 6.4‑liter HEMI V8 raises the GVWR from 10,000 lbs. to 11,040 lbs., resulting in a best-in-class 2500 payload of 4,580 lbs. The package carries $835 manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) and includes a 3500 frame, leaf-springs and anti-spin rear differential; available on select trims, including Tradesman, Big Horn / Lone Star, Laramie, Limited and Limited Longhorn Heavy-duty trucks equipped with the 6.4‑liter HEMI V8 receive a new Symbol of Protest V8 fender badge. Tradesman, Black Express, Warlock, Rebel, Power Wagon and trucks equipped with the Night Edition Package receive a Satin Black version The Sport Appearance Package and Night Edition Package are now offered on trucks equipped with Level 1 and Level 2 equipment groups, previously limited to the Level 1 Plus and Level 2 Plus equipment groups A sport performance hood is now available as a standalone option on Rebel and Power Wagon, as well as on Big Horn models equipped with the Night Edition or Sport Appearance package A Warn electric winch is now offered as a standalone option on Rebel and Power Wagon models with the 6.4‑liter HEMI V8, no longer requiring the Level 1 Equipment Group An anti-spin rear differential is now offered as a standalone option on 2500 Tradesman, previously requiring the Level 1 Equipment Group Laramie models gain expanded RamBox availability and add new optional body-color fender flares New colors include Serrano Green Metallic (late availability) and Tank Clear-Coat (late availability)
