F2 Fleet Consulting

Fleet consulting for government, corporate and nonprofit fleets: efficiency, alternative fuels and clean energy, safety, workforce pipelines and grant funding.

Overview

We have been on the front lines of transforming fleets for efficiency, environmental impact, and safety for decades, and we have the results to prove it. Whether it’s implementing better systems, sustainability, switching to cheaper, less-polluting energy sources, reducing injury, or strengthening your workforce, we can help you make the jump.

We have real-world experience building high-performing systems around industry standard fleet tools programs like telematics, EVs, local and green energy, emergency response, apprenticeships, and much more. We also have experience getting grants to fund your initiatives.

F2 was launched in 2025 by experienced veterans in fleet and change management, with the goal of helping clients across government, corporate, and non-profit to painlessly accelerate operations into the greener, safer, and more cost-efficient future of transportation.

F2’s co-founders are Mahanth Joishy, who served as Fleet Superintendent of Madison, Wisconsin, and Rahul Kamath, whose background is in management consulting, data analytics and change management.

The Modern Public Fleet Solutions Guide is a curated, original compilation. Our team selects the companies, verifies the listings, classifies every supplier and cross-references cooperative and state contract information. That editorial judgment and curation is what makes the directory useful, and it is protected as an original compilation under United States copyright law.

What you are welcome to do. Browse the directory, look up suppliers, share links to any page and cite individual listings with attribution to Modern Public Fleet.

What you may not do. Bulk extraction, scraping or systematic downloading of listings; republishing the directory or any substantial portion of it; using the directory to build or train a competing product or dataset. Automated access that ignores this page or our robots directives is unauthorized.
