NAPA Auto Parts

Your source for automotive parts, accessories, and know how, with original OEM and replacement parts for cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Overview

NAPA Auto Parts traces to 1925, when a group of independent auto parts sellers met in Detroit to form the National Automotive Parts Association with the aim of improving parts distribution. The first NAPA store opened in 1936, and Genuine Parts Company, whose founder Carlyle Fraser was a key contributor in NAPA’s early years, gradually acquired the other member companies and in 2012 became the last remaining member. The network today lists more than a million unique parts distributed through roughly 6,000 NAPA Auto Parts stores and 18,000 NAPA Auto Care centres across the United States. NAPA itself is a membership association that does not manufacture, distribute or sell parts: it licenses its trademarks to member organizations, and napaonline.com is owned and operated by Genuine Parts Company. For shops, NAPA PROLink is a free online ordering portal aimed at order accuracy and delivery times, and NAPA TRACS is shop management software covering estimating, technical data and shop operations. NAPA Auto Care centres are staffed by ASE-certified technicians and work is backed by the NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty.

Solutions Guide Terms of Use

The Modern Public Fleet Solutions Guide is a curated, original compilation. Our team selects the companies, verifies the listings, classifies every supplier, and cross-references cooperative and state contract information. That editorial judgment and curation is what makes the directory useful, and it is protected as an original compilation under United States copyright law.

What you are welcome to do. Browse the directory, look up suppliers, share links to any page, and cite individual listings with attribution to Modern Public Fleet.

What you may not do. Bulk extraction, scraping, or systematic downloading of listings; republishing the directory or any substantial portion of it; using the directory to build or train a competing product or dataset. Automated access that ignores this page or our robots directives is unauthorized.

Licensing and data questions. If you want to license directory data or believe a listing needs correcting, write to directory@modernpublicfleet.com and we will respond promptly.
